Our Craft
HushHood makes premium hoodies, jackets and pants for people who want streetwear that lasts. We focus on the things you actually feel when you wear a garment: fabric weight, stitch quality, how a shoulder sits, how a hem holds its shape after a wash. Designed and delivered from Pakistan.
Materials
Heavyweight fleece and woven fabrics chosen for how they hold up, not how cheaply they make. Fabric weight and composition are listed on every product page we have the details for.
Construction
Reinforced seams at the points that take the strain — shoulders, cuffs, pockets. Hems and ribbing are set so they keep their shape instead of curling after a few washes.
Fit
Modern silhouettes: relaxed and oversized cuts through the body with proportions that stay clean when layered. Sizes run S through XXL, and only the sizes we can actually ship are shown.
Comfort
Soft-brushed interiors, collars that sit right, and no hardware in places it can dig in. Pieces meant for daily wear have to be comfortable on the tenth wear, not just the first.
Durability
Built for repeat wear and repeat washing. Colour retention and shape retention are the two things we check before a piece goes on the site.
Detail
Considered trims, clean finishing inside as well as out, and packaging that arrives intact. The parts you only notice when they are wrong.

How do I choose the right size?

Our pieces run S to XXL and are cut for a relaxed, modern fit — hoodies in particular sit roomier than a standard fit. Each product page lists only the sizes actually in stock, along with the fabric where we have it. If you are between sizes or want measurements for a specific piece, email contact@hushhood.store and we will send them before you order.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We deliver across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, smaller towns and remote areas. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier serving it, so our team confirms the expected window with you when your order is placed. How much is shipping?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan: you pay the courier when your order arrives. Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method at checkout — no online payment is taken on the site.
What is your returns policy?

Email contact@hushhood.store or call +92 335 8328468 with your order number and we will arrange a return. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Our published returns window is being finalised, so returns are handled case by case in the meantime.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes — if the size or colour is not right, contact contact@hushhood.store with your order number. Exchanges depend on the replacement being in stock, so get in touch as soon as you can.
How do I care for my hoodie or jacket?
+
Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colours, and skip the fabric softener — it coats fleece and flattens the pile. Line dry in shade rather than tumble drying, which is what causes shrinkage and shortened cuffs. Iron on low, avoiding any printed or embroidered area.
How do I track my order?
