01. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by HushHood, an online clothing retailer based in Attock, Punjab, Pakistan. Throughout these terms, “we” and “us” mean HushHood, and “you” means the person placing an order.

02. Products and descriptions

We describe our hoodies, jackets and pants as accurately as we can, including fabric, available sizes and colours. Garment measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between production runs, which is normal for cut-and-sew apparel.

Colours on your screen may not match the garment exactly, because screens and camera lighting differ. If an exact shade matters to you, email us before ordering and we will describe it as precisely as we can.

Everything listed on the site is subject to availability. Product pages show only the sizes we actually hold, and stock levels change as orders come in.

03. Orders

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is confirmed when we contact you to verify it, and stock is allocated at that point.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• the item has sold out between your order and our confirmation;
• a price or description was listed incorrectly;
• we cannot verify the delivery address or phone number you gave us; or
• we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or intended for resale in bulk.

If we cancel a confirmed order, you pay nothing. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

04. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupee (Rs) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.

Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method we accept: you pay the courier in cash when your order reaches you. We do not take card details on this website and we do not store payment information of any kind.

Shipping charges, where they apply, are confirmed with you before dispatch. We do not add a charge you have not agreed to. See our shipping page for details.

05. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through third-party couriers. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier serving it, so we confirm the expected window with you rather than publish a figure we cannot guarantee.

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, transit time is in their hands. We will help you trace a delayed or lost parcel, and we will replace or refund an order the courier confirms as lost. Full details are on the shipping page.

06. Returns and exchanges

Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange a return or an exchange — see returns and exchanges for how it works and what we need from you.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are our responsibility: we cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer.

07. Using this website

You agree not to:

• attempt to access accounts, admin areas or data that are not yours;
• scrape, copy or republish our product photography, descriptions or branding;
• submit reviews or messages that are abusive, misleading or not your own experience;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Reviews you submit are published only after we check them, and we may decline any review we cannot reasonably attribute to a genuine purchase. Please do not include personal contact details in a review — reviews are public.

08. Intellectual property

The HushHood name, logo, product photography and written content on this site belong to us. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.

09. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the garment you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls to the courts of Pakistan.
